Email support@store-search.shop for help with Store Search on the web, iPhone or Android. Telling us which of those you use, the email address on your account, and what you searched for helps us answer faster. We never ask for your password.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and its data yourself. In the app, tap Account at the top of the screen, then Permanently delete my account. On the web, go to store-search.shop/account. This removes your profile, saved preferences and search history. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Searches and prices

Every search looks up prices live at the moment you run it — from retailers' own search systems where they are available, and from AI-powered web search everywhere else. Prices can differ from what you see in store, by location, or after a promotion ends; each result links to its source so you can check it. If a store returns no price, it either does not stock the item online or could not be reached in time.

Free accounts include a monthly allowance of searches, which resets at the start of each month.
